Welcome to SoulSnyc Lab (the "Website"), operated by Banu Sahan ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Loes van Marlestraat, 11, 1382 ML, Weesp. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website and services, including our contact form and shop for course bookings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and us. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

Our Website offers:

  • Contact Form: For submitting inquiries or messages.

  • Shop: For booking individual courses, e.g., online courses, business courses, team courses or in-person classes, with payments processed via in-person methods, iDeal, Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

 

We may modify or discontinue any Service at any time, subject to applicable Dutch consumer laws, and will notify you of significant changes where required.

3. Third-Party Platforms

The Website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel, with operations in the USA) and our domain is registered through GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC (USA). Payments are processed by Wix Payments and its partners (e.g., Stripe for iDeal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay). These providers operate under their own terms:

4. User Responsibilities

To use our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or booking courses.

  • Keep any account credentials secure, if applicable, and notify us at info@soulsynclab.com of any unauthorized access.

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

 

You may not:

  • Misuse the contact form (e.g., sending spam or false information).

  • Interfere with the Website’s functionality (e.g., introducing malware, excessive automated requests).

  • Copy or distribute Website content without permission, except for personal use related to your bookings.

 

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, with notice as required by Dutch law.

 

5. Course Bookings

When booking a course, you agree to:

  • Follow any rules provided at booking (e.g., attendance requirements, technical needs for online courses).

  • Acknowledge that schedules, formats, or instructors may change, and we will inform you of significant updates.

 

We may cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen issues (e.g., low enrollment). If we cancel, we will offer a refund or alternative booking per Dutch consumer law.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payments

Course bookings are paid in Euros (EUR) via in-person payments, iDeal, Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, processed securely by Wix Payments. You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. For details on payment data handling, see our .

 

6.2 Refunds

You may cancel a booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as required by EU and Dutch law, provided the course has not started. After this period, refunds are not offered unless we cancel the course. To request a refund, contact info@soulsnyclab.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, images, logos, and course materials ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your bookings (e.g., accessing course materials). Without our written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Content.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch and EU law:

  • The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or opportunities) arising from your use of the Website.

  • Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service (e.g., a course fee).

 

Your statutory consumer rights under Dutch law (e.g., reasonable care in service delivery) are unaffected.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website for breaching these Terms, with reasonable notice where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and pending bookings may be canceled with refunds per Section 6.2. You may stop using the Website at any time.

 

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, excluding conflict of law rules. For disputes:

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us at info@soulsnyclab.com to resolve issues.

  • Formal Disputes: Unresolved disputes will be handled by the courts in Amsterdam, unless you, as a consumer, choose your local jurisdiction under EU law.

  • EU Consumers: You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
